Everything you need to know to use PiPiBook, whether you're booking classes or teaching them.
For students
From finding a coach to showing up to class — the whole flow in five steps.

Sign in with LINE
Tap “Login with LINE” — no password to create or remember. You can browse coaches without signing in, but booking requires an account.

Find your coach
Open “Find Coaches” to browse profiles: specialties, experience, languages, services, and prices. Each coach's page shows their real-time availability calendar.

Book a class
Pick one or more open time slots and the service for each — you can book several classes in one go. Your name, phone, and LINE ID are prefilled from your profile (editable per booking) so the coach can reach you. Each slot is held for you for 5 minutes while you complete payment. Classes can be booked up to 6 hours before they start.

Pay
One checkout covers every class you selected. Cash and bank-transfer bookings are confirmed right away — pay the coach in person at class, or transfer using the account details you get from the coach (their contact shows on the booking). Card payments, where available, go through ECPay as a single payment for the total and confirm automatically once payment succeeds.

After booking
You and your coach both receive a LINE confirmation, plus reminders 24 hours and 1 hour before class. From “My Bookings” you can review details, add the class to Google Calendar, or cancel if plans change — cancelling reopens the slot for others. Tap the magnifier icon next to a class to see the service details, or the coach's photo to see their profile.
For coaches
Set up once, then let students book themselves in.

Become a coach
Choose “Become a Coach” from your account menu and fill in your application. You get access to the Coach Portal immediately; your profile becomes publicly bookable once an admin approves it.

Complete your profile
Add your photo, bio, specialties, location, and languages — this is what students see when deciding whether to book you. Also set a contact phone or LINE ID (at least one): it stays private and is shown only to students whose booking is confirmed.

Create your services
Define what you offer: name, duration, price, and an optional instruction that's revealed to students only after they book (e.g. where to meet, what to bring).

Open your schedule
Create class slots in the Schedule page. A class must start at least 6 hours from now (booking closes 6 hours before start). Only open slots are bookable; booked ones are marked automatically.

Manage your bookings
New bookings, cancellations, and class reminders arrive as LINE messages. In “Bookings” you can see each student's contact details (phone or LINE ID) and keep private notes only you can see.
Good to know
Payments
Card payments are processed by ECPay — the platform never stores card details. Cash is settled in person and the booking is confirmed immediately.
Cancelling
Pending and confirmed bookings can be cancelled from the bookings page by either side. Both parties are notified over LINE, and the time slot reopens.
Notifications
Confirmations, cancellations, and before-class reminders (24 hours and 1 hour ahead) are all delivered through LINE to both student and coach.
One account, multiple roles
A coach is also a member who can book other coaches. Use “Switch to…” in the account menu to move between portals.
Payment deadline
An unpaid booking is cancelled automatically after 24 hours — or after 1 hour when the class was booked less than 24 hours before it starts. The time slot then reopens for others.
Booking cutoff
Online booking closes 6 hours before a class starts, so the coach has time to prepare and payment can complete.
